Defining moments

Learning from the past informs and prepares us to seize our divine moments. At the same time, looking to the futures positions and guides us to move into the moment with confidence. The present moment is where past and future collide, and within a moment there is monumental potential.

Keine ganz neuen Gedankengänge, und auch nur Mosaiksteinchen des ganzen Buches, aber selten hab ich eine so treffende wie mich anrührende poetische Beschreibung für "moment" gelesen. Manchmal klingt McManus vielleicht ein bisschen amerikanisch-pathetisch, aber die Worte erwischen mich immer wieder.

Im christlichen, wie missionalen Kontext sind das oft gehörte, oft gesagte Worte (im Sinne von "Das Leben, das vor dir liegt, ist wichtiger, als das, was schon hinter dir liegt...")oder zumindest Gedanken, die in Bekehrungsgeschichten stecken.

Ich hab erst angefangen, das Buch zu lesen...
